Panacea Retreat is an exclusive gated community of five contemporary Thai-style private villas in the lush green hills above the popular beach and resort destination of Bophut, Koh Samui, on the island’s popular north-east coast. Thanks to its elevation, the estate is blessed with spectacular views of the coastline and the Gulf of Siam. The views extend to offshore islands such as Koh Phangan, popularly known as ‘Full Moon Island’.

The hallmark of these beautiful villas is the contemporary Thai architecture and the tropical landscaping, which enhances the  magnificent natural environment, while the elegant natural stone walls add privacy to these luxurious homes. The interiors are characterised by light wood and rattan furnishings with splashes of vivid colour to create an enchanting luxury escape with stunning views of land and sea. The fitting and fixtures, the finishes and the layout are all perfectly planned to make your stay a luxurious, practical and enjoyable experience. Highly accessible and convenient, the estate is always a peaceful sanctuary away from all the noise and activity, waiting to welcome you. The five individual residences (Praana, Atulya, Avasara, Kalya and Purana) can sleep up to 48 adults. Extra beds are available at an extra cost, and you’ll find complimentary WiFi  throughout.  

The estate’s jewel in the crown  is the sumptuous 6-bedroom Praana Residence, Koh Samui's finest private luxury retreat with its remarkable range of recreational facilities including its own kids’ club, games room, private cinema, well-equipped gym and sauna. Each villa has a private swimming pool, with Praana Residence boasting an even bigger, 25-metre main pool plus an additional 12-metre pool attached to one of the master bedrooms.  A full team of dedicated staff is on hand to cater to your needs, including a full-time chef who prepares delicious meals to order and an experienced villa manager to answer special requests and assist with bookings and travel arrangements.
