A stylish, two-storey central building takes centre stage at Praana Residence. The upper level houses a vast living and dining area, with carefully placed contemporary artwork adding style and elegance to the interior. A glass chandelier cascades from the wooden ceiling, and this lofty open-plan space looks out to breathtaking seascapes and tropical forest.

Each of the three master bedrooms occupies a standalone pavilion; two at the front of the property overlooking the pool and garden, the other at the rear. All are blessed with dramatic, unobstructed sea and island views from their king-size beds. All three come with their own rooftop garden, a terrazzo bathtub and private terrace, while one has the additional luxury of a private pool.

You can almost hear the boxing bell ring—the impressive Muay Thai area sets the stage for adrenaline-pumping sessions. Fitness buffs will also love the tennis court and the gym which comes with an outstanding range of equipment such as rowing machines, treadmills, Stairmasters, weights and more.

After you’ve worked up a sweat, you’ll find plenty of ways to relax. Sit back and soothe your aching muscles in the sauna and enjoy a pampering body treatment in the dedicated spa room (from expert therapists at extra cost). Serviced by the estate’s central kitchen, run by a highly skilled chef and his team. The kitchen is adept in the preparation of Thai and western cuisines, which are served hot in the villa. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu).
